I am not sure if it is related but I can set my daily point allowance to 24 but when I go back to the main screen it is still showing 25 and I can't get it to change.
New daily point allowances don't take into effect until the next point reset day. So if your points reset on Tuesday, you can fast-forward the date to Tuesday and check that the point allowance is what you expect.
